01 · What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

A focused, solution-oriented therapeutic method

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a structured therapeutic approach that combines guided hypnosis, neuroscience-informed principles, and cognitive reframing. It is designed to help you access underlying beliefs and emotional patterns that may be shaping your current responses, behaviours, and decisions.

RTT works in a relaxed, yet alert, state sometimes called a trance state—similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or a film. You remain aware, able to communicate, and fully in control while your attention is guided toward the origins of a particular issue, and toward more supportive interpretations and responses.

The process is collaborative: you are never pushed to accept ideas that do not feel right for you. The intention is to create a calm, non-judgmental environment where insight and change can emerge at a pace that feels manageable.

02 · How RTT works

A clear, step-by-step process

Each RTT session follows a structured framework so that you know what to expect and can prepare yourself mentally and practically.

1. Clarifying your focus

We begin with a conversation about what you would like to work on, your history with the issue, and what would feel like meaningful progress for you. This helps shape the direction of the session and keeps your values at the centre of the work.

2. Guided hypnotic state

You are gently guided into a relaxed, focused state. Many people describe this as feeling deeply calm while still aware. In this state, the mind can access and review experiences, beliefs, and emotions with a different level of clarity and openness.

3. Insight, reframing, and integration

Together, we explore the roots of the issue, bring insight to old patterns, and introduce more supportive perspectives. You may receive a personalised audio to listen to after the session, helping your nervous system and mind practise new responses over time.

03 · What RTT may help with

Areas where clients often seek RTT support

People choose RTT for many reasons. While experiences and outcomes vary from person to person, common themes include:

  • Managing anxiety, performance pressure, or recurring worry
  • Shifting long-standing self-beliefs that feel limiting or harsh
  • Working with stress responses related to leadership, deployment, or high-stakes environments
  • Supporting sleep, rest, and the ability to “switch off” mentally
  • Easing patterns around procrastination, avoidance, or self-sabotage
  • Building confidence in decision-making, communication, or public speaking
  • Navigating transitions such as career changes, return from deployment, or role changes in teams and families

RTT is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care. It can, however, sit alongside other forms of support as one part of a broader, carefully considered plan for your wellbeing.

04 · RTT compared to traditional talk-based approaches

Different tools, complementary intentions

Many people benefit from talk-based therapies such as counselling, coaching, or psychotherapy. RTT does not oppose these approaches. Instead, it offers a different way of working that some people find suits their learning style, nervous system, or season of life.

RTT typically offers

  • Fewer, longer sessions that go into depth on specific themes
  • Use of guided hypnosis to access underlying beliefs and memories
  • A strong focus on insight plus practical re-patterning
  • Personalised recordings to support change between sessions
  • An experience that can feel more immersive and concentrated

Talk-based approaches often offer

  • Regular, ongoing conversations over months or years
  • A space to process events, grief, relationships, and identity
  • Skill-building in communication, boundaries, and coping
  • Support through crisis, diagnosis, or major life events

Some people choose RTT alongside ongoing therapy or coaching, while others use RTT as a time-bound intervention around a specific goal. You are welcome to discuss how RTT may fit with your existing support.

05 · Who this service is for

Grounded support for people in demanding environments

RTT with the EGO Project Foundation is especially suited to individuals who value structure, discretion, and a calm, straightforward tone. This may include:

  • Military personnel, veterans, and their family members
  • Leaders, founders, and professionals in high-responsibility roles
  • Students and early-career professionals navigating pressure and transitions
  • Individuals who have already done personal work and want a focused next step
  • People who prefer a calm, non-sensational approach to inner work

If you are currently under the care of a psychiatrist or medical team, or if you have a history of complex mental health challenges, you are encouraged to discuss RTT with your providers before booking, so all support remains aligned.
